Lemon-Parsley Garlic Bread
Who doesn’t love garlic bread? And this one, with a hint of lemon, makes the perfect dipper for a big bowl of brothy, steamed clams.
Instructions
Preheat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from element.
Pulse butter, oil, parsley, garlic, and zest in a mini food processor until combined; season with salt and pepper.
Spread butter mixture on cut sides of baguette; arrange on a baking sheet, cut sides up.
Broil baguette halves until lightly toasted and edges are golden, about 3 minutes; cut into slices.
