Instructions
Boil potatoes and garlic in a saucepan of salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain mixture and return to saucepan to dry over medium heat, about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Beat potatoes with mascarpone and butter using a hand mixer on low speed until smooth, 1–2minutes. Season potatoes with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
