Instructions
Blanch beans in a pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, 3–4minutes. Transfer beans to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking; drain.
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high until shimmering. Add beans and sauté until they begin to brown, 3 minutes.
Stir in dressing and cook until beans are coated, 3 minutes.
Off heat, stir in Parmesan and season beans with salt and pepper.
