Instructions
Preheat broiler on high with
rack 6 inches from element.
Coat a baking sheet with
nonstick spray.
Drizzle cut sides of tomatoes
with oil; season with salt and
pepper. Top each tomato half
with 1½ tsp. Asiago and ½ tsp.
Parmigiano-Reggiano; transfer
to prepared baking sheet.
Broil tomatoes until cheeses
melt, 2 minutes; top with
thyme before serving.
