Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°.
For the potatoes, combine oil, paprika, 1 tsp. salt, cumin, and pepper flakes. Toss potatoes with oil and paprika mixture to coat. Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast until browned and fork-tender, about 25 minutes.
For the aioli, whisk together mayonnaise, scallions, lemon juice, garlic, and Tabasco; season with salt.
Serve potatoes with aioli.
