Provolone Panini with prosciutto
Think of this as an Italian grilled cheese. With provolone, prosciutto, and arugula, you know it’s going to be good.
Instructions
Arrange two slices provolone on each of two bread slices; top with onions, then season with salt and pepper.
Top onions with arugula, prosciutto, remaining four slices provolone, and bread slices. Brush both sides of panini with oil.
Heat a grill pan (or panini press) over medium. Grill panini until golden, 4–6 minutes per side (or 5 minutes in panini press).
