Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Cut broccoli into florets. Peel and trim stalk, then dice.
Whisk together oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and pepper flakes; toss with broccoli. Transfer broccoli to a baking sheet and roast until tender, 10–12minutes. Transfer broccoli to a bowl.
Combine zest and lemon juice; toss with broccoli and serve.
