Preheat oven to 425°.
Toss zucchini and squash with oil; season with salt and black pepper. Arrange vegetables in an even layer on a baking sheet; roast 20–25minutes.
Drizzle vegetables with lemon juice and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle vegetables with Parmesan, pepper flakes, and salt; serve immediately.
