Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat potatoes and 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl with a mixer at medium speed until creamy. Add brown sugar, chocolate milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and remaining ½ teaspoon salt; beat until smooth. Pour into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Coffee-Pecan Streusel on top of sweet potato mixture.
Bake until golden brown and bubbly, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
For the Coffee-Pecan Streusel
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, using hands, until crumbly. Set aside until ready to use.
