Arugula Pasta
This easy side dish only takes 4 ingredients to make but is super flavorful. Arugula adds color and bite to an otherwise simple side dish.
Instructions
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water (or pork cooking liquid) according to package directions; drain.
Toss pasta with butter, arugula, and Parmesan in a large bowl. Serve pasta with Pork Ragu.
