Instructions
Brown kielbasa in oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes. Transfer kielbasa to a plate and keep warm; return skillet to burner.
Sauté apples in butter in the same skillet until softened, 2–3minutes. Add sugar, lemon juice, and salt; cook just until sugar dissolves, 1–2minutes. Return kielbasa to skillet and toss to combine.
