Swiss chard comes in many colors, from red- and white-stemmed, to multi-colored rainbow chard with pastel-colored stems.
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers. Add chard ribs and sauté until softened, 2–3minutes.
Add raisins and garlic to skillet and cook until garlic is fragrant, 1 minute. Add chard leaves by the handful, tossing with tongs until wilted. Stir in vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Garnish chard with almonds.
