Instructions

Combine water and noodles in a bowl. Cover bowl and let stand 3 minutes; drain.

Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry noodles for 1 minute. Toss noodles with sesame oil, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
