Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Place veggies on a sheet pan and
drizzle with 2 tablespoons
olive oil, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper.
Bake for about
20 to 25 minutes, turning once, until
tender and lightly brown. Add the additional spices toward the end so they don’t burn.
