Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place pretzels on prepared baking sheet. Brush 1 pretzel with melted butter, then immediately sprinkle with ¼ tsp. caraway seeds. (Butter hardens quickly since pretzels are frozen.) Repeat procedure with remaining 5 pretzels.
Sprinkle cheese over pretzels, then bake until cheese melts, 5 minutes. Immediately sprinkle salt over pretzels to help it adhere.
