Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°. Line two baking sheets with foil.
Toss sweet potatoes with oil, sugar, salt, chili powder, pepper, and cinnamon.
Arrange potatoes on prepared baking sheets in a single layer and bake 10–15minutes. Turn potatoes over and rotate sheets; bake until crispy, 10–15minutes more.
