Can’t find broccolini? Broccoli florets work just fine.
Instructions
Cook orzo in a pot of boiling salted water according to package directions, adding broccolini in the last 3 minutes of cooking; drain in a fine-mesh sieve, plunge sieve into an ice water bath, then drain again.
Sweat garlic and pepper flakes in oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat until edges of garlic just begin to get golden, 3 minutes; transfer to a bowl. Stir vinegar into garlic mixture then toss with orzo and broccolini; season with salt.
