You can use an old-fashioned
vegetable peeler to hull
strawberries. Just insert the
tip directly under the leaves
at an angle, then force the
tip up to “pop” the leaves
and core out.

Instructions
Whisk together 2 Tbsp. cilantro,
2 Tbsp. mint, zest, lime juice, oil,
honey, and Dijon; season
vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
Toss lettuce, avocado, strawberries,
blueberries, and remaining 2 Tbsp.
each cilantro and mint with
vinaigrette; top with walnuts.
