Instructions
Heat 2–3 inches oil in a pot to 350°.
Combine cornstarch, granulated garlic, 1 tsp. salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Add tofu strips and toss to coat. Fry half the tofu strips until golden, 4–5minutes. Transfer fries to a paper-towel-lined plate and season with salt; repeat with remaining tofu strips.
Stir together ketchup and Sriracha; serve with fries.
