Tropical Fruit Salad
Most of the fruit can be cut ahead of time, but don’t slice the banana or combine fruit with the rum dressing until 5 minutes before serving.
Instructions
Combine mango, pineapple, strawberries, and banana in a large bowl.
Whisk together lime juice, coconut, sugar, rum, and mint; toss with fruit. Let salad stand 5 minutes before serving to macerate.
