A Festive Way to Serve Guacamole
For an attractive way to serve guacamole and prevent double-dipping at parties, buy one avocado for every two people, then cut and scrape out the avocado flesh and make guacamole, reserving the shells. After making the guacamole, scoop it back into the shells, then garnish. Each guest ends up with their own personal serving of guacamole to double-dip to their heart’s content.
