How to Clean & Store Mushrooms
Looking for a way to clean and prolong the life of mushrooms? Look to this simple tip.
First, clean the mushrooms with a paper towel or brush. Then clean and dry the container that they came in. Put a dry paper towel in the bottom and fill with mushrooms. Cover the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and then plastic wrap. Secure with a rubber band. This keeps mushrooms fresh for 5–7 days.
