Company-Ready Freezer Muffins
Nothing is more welcoming to houseguests than having a batch of freshly baked muffins at the ready. Use this simple tip and you'll always be ready for company!
When mixing muffin batter, make extra, but don’t bake them. Instead, fill foil cupcake liners with batter, place them on a baking sheet, and freeze. When solid, transfer them to a plastic bag and store in the freezer. To bake, place the muffins (do not thaw) in a muffin tin and add 10 minutes to the baking time.
