Use an Herb Brush for Summer Grilling
An easy tip for imparting even more flavor into fish, meat, and vegetables during grilling this summer season.
It’s summer and grilling is in high gear. So the next time you're grilling make a basting brush from fresh herb sprigs.
It’s easy — just tie several long herb sprigs (like rosemary) around a wooden chopstick with a piece of cotton string. As you baste on the sauce, the herb brush also “bastes” herb flavor onto the fish, meat, and vegetables.
When you’re finished basting, pull the sprigs off the chopstick and toss them back onto the grill. They smell great as they burn.
