How to Dry Fresh Herbs
Gardens are generally overflowing with fresh herbs towards the end of the growing season. Preserve your fresh herbs for year-round use with this simple tip.
Many herbs dry well if hung upside down for a few weeks. To do this, make little bundles, securing herbs at the stem ends with small rubber bands. Then use dental floss to hang them in a cool, dry place until they’ve dried completely.
