How to Sort Frozen Cranberries
Fresh cranberries are plentiful this time of year, but if you're using frozen, know how to pick out the best ones.
Before cooking frozen cranberries, it's important to sort through them to weed out any mushy or bruised ones. To do this, put paper towels on a baking sheet and empty the cranberries onto it. As they thaw, the old ones will leak juice onto the towel. Toss those out, and just use the ones that stay intact.
