How to Core & Seed Bell Peppers
It can be tricky to clean out bell peppers without feeling wasteful. Here's how to do it easily, and avoid losing much pepper flesh.
To hollow out bell peppers without damaging them — especially ideal for stuffing — use a melon baller to scrape the seeds and veins from the inside of bell peppers. This way, you lose less flesh than if you trim them with a knife.
