How to Seed Jalapeños
Ditch the gloves and pull out your vegetable peeler. There's more than one way to seed a jalapeño.
Removing seeds and veins from jalapeños used to be a problem for me. But I discovered that using my old-fashioned metal vegetable peeler works great. Just cut the chiles in half lengthwise, then use the pointed end of the peeler to scrape out the seeds and membranes — no more fingertip burn!
