How to Store Cookies & Bars to Keep Them Fresh
Keep your treats tasting delicious and looking great this holiday season with these tips on how to properly store them.
After going through all the effort of baking, properly storing the sweets is critical. As a rule, everything must be completely cooled, then arranged in containers or resealable plastic bags in a single layer. To stack, separate layers with a sheet of parchment or wax paper. Don’t overfill the containers, and don’t mix “flavors.”
