Make sure to keep an eye on these as they grill. The panko keeps the cheese from melting through the grates, but panko also burns easily, so turn and flip them occasionally

Instructions

Preheat grill to 350°. Brush grill grate with oil.

Dip mozzarella slices in egg then panko, pressing panko firmly into cheese; arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze breaded mozzarella, 1520 minutes.

Grill mozzarella, until crispy but not scorched, 23 minutes per side.

Heat honey, vinegar, hot sauce, and salt in a saucepan over medium until slightly thickened, 4 minutes; let cool.

Drizzle honey sauce over grilled mozzarella.
