Instructions
Heat wine, sugar, allspice,
peppercorns, orange and
lemon peels, 1 cinnamon
stick, and bay leaf in a
saucepan over medium just
to a boil and sugar dissolves;
stir in Grand Marnier.
Off heat, steep Vin Brule,
covered, 20 minutes; discard
solids. Divide Vin Brule among
glasses; garnish with orange
slices and cinnamon sticks.
